When your Sky+ Hard Drive appears full but is not, this procedure will reset it to it normal operating size. 

WARNING: this process will delete all programs saved on your Sky+ box.

Go to the Services menu by pressing the Services button on your Sky+ remote.  The following screen will appear.

Scroll down to SYSTEM SETUP with your arrow keys ,or simply press the number 4, and then press select. The following screen appears.

With the above screen showing, press the number key 0, the number key 1, then select. The following screen appears:

Scroll down to FULL SYSTEM RESET with your arrow keys ,or simply press the number 8, and then press select. The following screen appears.

Press select to continue. The box will display a message saying "HOUSEKEEPING" and then go into standby. Simply wait approximately 2 minutes and then turn on the box as normal.
