This Procedure is designed to fix recording anomalies, freezing & blocking on playback.

Go to the Services menu by pressing the services button on the Sky+ remote. The following screen will appear.

Scroll down to SYSTEM SETUP with the arrow keys, or simply press the number 4, and then press select. The following screen appears.

With the above screen showing, press the number key 0, the number key 1, then select. The following screen appears.

Scroll down to SKY+ PLANNER REBUILD with the arrow keys, or simply press the number 7, and then press select. The following screen appears

Press select to continue. After a while the box will go into standby. At this stage, simply wait a couple of minutes and then turn on the box as normal.
